I am a fully qualified and insured Counsellor and Psychotherapist for clients aged 18+ offering both in person counselling and psychotherapy from my comfortable easy to reach rooms in Horsham, West Sussex and Haslemere, Surrey. I am also able to offer online sessions via zoom.
I am very passionate about helping clients who identify as neurodivergent access therapy in a way that works for them. I also have experience in working with many women’s issues, especially menopause and perimenopause and other major life changes.
Taking the first steps to find the right therapist can feel quite daunting, so whether you are looking to start your counselling journey, or wanting to revisit therapy, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
What can I help you with?
Are there aspects of your life that you would like to address?
Are you finding life hard at the moment, are things getting on top of you?
Do you need some space in which to process your emotions?
Have you felt that as someone who is Neurodivergent, you would struggle with the traditional structured framework of therapy?
Whilst people will look after and invest time and money in their physical health, taking time to invest in your mental health is just as important. Ultimately, seeing a counsellor for your emotional/mental health should be no different than seeing a doctor when you are ill, or a dentist when you have toothache.
How I Work
The Clarkson Five Relational Model that forms the basis of my training provides a strong framework, to which I can integrate and utilise aspects of different counselling theories. This provides a tailormade therapy experience for every client. Over the course of our sessions a therapeutic relationship begins to develop, with each of us bringing our uniqueness.
What I Offer
Areas Of Speciality
Prior to setting up in Private Practice I worked for a women’s counselling charity. Through this and my own life experiences and therapy, I chose to specialise in supporting women’s issues, with the emphasis being on those diagnosed later in life as being neurodiverse as well as the effects of life changes such as perimenopause and menopause.
